In 19th century, Lombroso, an Italian university professor and criminologist, believed that criminals had unusually abnormal features. Later, other scientists attributed the cause of crime to bad teachings of penitentiaries.
Aside from penitentiaries, the society can also breed culprits. For instance, the legendary 'Miserable' hunchback can easily fall in love with a beauty while the beauty fails to reciprocate the hunchback's love-a rejection which results in hate.
Today, after seeing clips of captured terrorists or watching parade footages broadcast from criminals-run states, we have a tendency to lean towards Lombroso's belief.
When, in certain countries, situations get ripe for international conspirators to exploit, they implement their strategies. First, they topple the friendly state. Then, they will have the imprisoned criminals immediately released. When the culprits are released, the conspirators encourage the culprits to set up a new police force instead of the disbanded old police stations.
Of course, the conspirators' social psychologists are well familiar with fact that the culprits, like many people, have immense greed and insatiable desire for power and money. Consequently, once the culprits seize power, they have a tendency to stick to it just like ticks. Now, the conspirator activates another instinct present in man as well as animal, i.e. the instinct to unite against a common enemy.
As time goes by, depending on various cultures, the conspirator creates a national icon of pride and then orders the culprits to magnify the importance of the false icon. When a sufficient number of people show solidarity with the common cause, the conspirator himself pretends to destroy the icon,i.e. acting as a common enemy. Thus the wolves instinctively get united and the conspirator bit by bit demolishes the obstacles hampering its vicious objectives.
Having said that, one may assume why sometimes thing apparently get out of hand. To illustrate this seemingly odd happening, let's mention one out of a thousand incidences taking place in a country run by culprits.
In 2008, the behavior of a chief police of a big city stunned its victimized citizens. As usual, the chief's men were on patrol in the streets to locate some decent pretty women suitable for the chief's sexual desire.
Having arrested the women on the pretext of indecent dress code, these women were driven to undisclosed places without allowing their relatives to accompany them. At the destination, the chief police, during routine duty hours, was awaiting them. After ushering the women into a room, the so-called policemen stood guard outside. Inside, the women were forced to remove their entire clothe.
Now, these women, about half a dozen, were lined up in a manner that people of the region stand for prayer, of course, completely naked! Then, the chief would begin a standard daily prayer. Next, the chief would approach each and every naked woman's rear as they have taken a knee-chest position. While chief police, naked and fully erected, would penetrate each prostrate woman one by one, and simultaneously squeezing women's bare breasts.
