PRESIDENT: "It's a Texas thing… What's the pot up to? I'm cashing out for the night."
TREASURY SECRETARY: "(chuckles) You owe me - let's see…" (sound of calculator) "Mr. President, you owe me $700 billion. And I don't accept IOU's."
PRESIDENT: "I know you don't, you ol' sidewinder! Now just where am I gonna get a'hold of $700 billion in only one week……."
