HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: At approximately 2:00 AM early Tuesday morning, LAPD Hollywood Division received a 911 call from the manager of Little China Restaurant on Cahuenga Boulevard. Mr. Wong told the call router that an inebriated Mr. Charlie Sheen was attempting to pay for his meal with a check.
Mr. Wong said he tow Sheen that Wittle China was an "onwee cash wesswont, and that he was so saurwee, but he no cash check for Mr. Sheen." Charlie, however, continued to push the check at the cashier who wouldn't take it.
When the police arrived, Sergeant Miller said Sheen was wildly waving an open menu and was pointing to item 12 on the dinner menu, which was "Cashew Chicken".
Sergeant Miller said that he attempted to explain to the wild-eyed star that Cashew Chicken was an entree on the menu; not an invitation to cash a check. Sheen would not give up, saying he would sue Little China for false advertising.
Mr. Wong, seeing that all he was going to get out of this was a bill from his attorney, told the cops that he wouldn't press charges for this disturbance. However, he was going to remove Cashew Chicken from the menu so that he wouldn't have to deal with this again.
