When two girls tricked their way into Justin Bieber's Liverpool hotel suite on Friday, it was just the latest gaffe by the teen heart-throb's security team.
The girls dressed as cleaners to get into the suite. After half-heartedly dusting surfaces they were caught taking photos of the Canadian's personal belongings.
"No way is this a rare thing," said a former Bieber insider. "People are always getting by Justin's security.
"I once came back to a hotel room to find one of his PAs talking to a couple of young girls who could have been no more that 12 or 13.
"'This is Justin's mum and auntie Tracy,' the PA told me. Well she was sacked immediately - the kids didn't even try to sound Canadian.
"Then there was the woman who turned up and conned her way in by claiming to be the Queen! She was wearing a cheap fancy-dress crown and everthing.
"She told the idiot guarding the door, 'Oh one just adores Justin! Oh yes, the Prime Minister telephoned to make an appointment for me.' And he let her in!
"I guess she was maybe 15. And she had her little sister with her, who claimed to be Princess Cinderella!"
Bieber's security is understood to be undergoing a complete overhaul - including primary school-level intelligence tests for the inner circle.
