To the surprise of thousands of fans at an Adam Lambert concert in New Jersey last night, Lady Gaga came out for the second half of the show.
The first song when fans could finally hear it, was "Born Dis Way" and that was their first inkling that they were not seeing Lady Gaga at all but a split-skirted, high-heeled, glitter-masked Adam Lambert.
"When I could hear the voice, I knew it wasn't Lady Gaga singing but he had most of us fooled, especially with the glittered fruity hat and mask hiding his face", stated one Lambert fan.
"It was hilarious", stated another. "Lambert got a standing ovation at the end of the number. He did a great job with the dance movements too although he almost tripped a couple of times. I've seen Lady Gaga in person and she sometimes gets tripped up in the costumes also. Plus, once Madonna fell flat on her ass."
Lambert next did a parody with "Lust Dance" as the crowd cheered and then, after finishing up with, "Brad Romance" brought the fans to their feet.
A third standing ovation followed Lambert as he came back on stage in his own clothes.
"Forgive me Lady Gaga!", he yelled. "Bu I was just wondering if I could pull it off!"
