HOLLYWOOD HILLS - Brandy, who has made it down to the final four in this year's 11th season of Dancing With The Stars, took time to address a rumor that has been floating around for weeks.
Brandy, whose last name is Norwood, sat by the swimming pool of her Hollywood Hills Mansion Casa La Brandy Bonita and stated that for the past six weeks a lot of the members of the entertainment media have speculated that her and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, her dance partner, are doing more than merely dancing.
The 31-year-old Norwood made it very clear that although she does like dancing with Maks she would never consider doing anything more such as making out, having him get to second base, third base, or even hitting a home run and scoring.
Brandy said that she realizes now why it is that Maks' fiancee, fellow dancer, Karina Smirnoff broke off their engagement. She noted that Maksim's temper is exactly the same as Mel "From Hell" Gibson's except with a Russian accent.
She went on to say that the Dancing With The Stars judges and lots of the viewers criticized Maks when during one of their rehearsals he patted her on her ass and told her to stop joking around and learn the dance routine.
Brandy said that the 'patting' part was in fact true. She did, however, state for the record that Chmerkovskiy did not then pick her up and body slam her as two national tabloids had erroneously reported.
She did point out that he did kick her as if she was a football and he was kicking a 45 yard field goal, but she added that it did not hurt too much and the bruises did go away in about three days.
Maksim was asked about this field goal kicking incident and he said that he did not remember ever seeing a football in the rehearsal hall.
Brandy and Jennifer Gray are regarded by many to be the top two dancers in line to receive this year's coveted Mirror Ball Trophy.
[EDITOR'S NOTE: But...with Sarah Palin's little girl, Bristol raking in the votes left and right courtesy of her mommy's fellow 'Teabaggers,' there is a distinct possibility that Bristy could end up winning the whole enchilada, which would surely ruin the shows credibility and probably result in extreme utter embarrassment for the shows and network's top executives.]
