International rap superstar Nelly is being sued for 1,000,000 in damages by Nelly the Elephant.
The rapper who is said to be furious at charges denies that he stole the name from the proverbial pachyderm claiming. "Fuck this s**t biatch, Nelly is my real name. Who is this circus freak, anyway?"
