Yuri Klyzuski's sudden death this morning has caused a shock wave to go all around the world as leader after leader paid tribute to a man who pulled his country from poverty to one of the nicest places to live and visit in eastern Europe.

According to his wife, Flurict, President Klyzuski fell down a flight of 57 stair steps after tripping over his favorite pet cat, Fzminshigob.

"He loved that cat like he was his son instead of his cat", stated Flurict through a translator who spit it out. "I will have them buried together."

Former British Prime Minister Blair called Klyzuski one of the finest gentlemen he had ever met.

"Yuri was always joking and telling jokes about President Bush and nudging me. Bush told me once that Yuri told him jokes about me. He meant no harm, and he did more for his poor country than anyone I can recall."

Meanwhile, even Vladimir Putin had high praise for Klyzuski. "He once slipped a fake death capsule in my tea and after I had finished half of it, he pointed out the changing color in my Vodka. We laughed hardily over that. Well, he laughed. I smiled some."

In the United States, former President George W. Bush summed it all up with, "That Klyzuski! He was a hellova guy...and broke down in tears.

A state funeral is scheduled this weekend and many world leaders plan to attend. But so far no one has been able to find Kzabrekistan on a map anywhere.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
