Jennifer (Juicy Jeni) Thompson, the £1200 a night prostitute at the centre of the ongoing Rooney sex-scandal, is reportedly under investigation for both benefit fraud and income tax evasion.
Thompson, a 21 year-old slapper and opportunist from Bolton, has never worked and has been claiming job-seeker's allowance since leaving a £2000 a term public school in Bolton at the age of 16.
Apparently, Miss Thompson has also been claiming incapacity benefit for the last three years after sustaining an injury to her back whilst attempting a particularly tricky manouevre on a pole-dancing course.
The recent revelations in the tabloids have however confirmed that Miss Thompson has been earning money for some time as a 'high-class' prostitute and the Benefits Agency have not been slow in picking up on this.
Additionally, friends of Miss Thompson have also confirmed that she has received letters from HM Revenue & Customs, enquiring about her earnings.
'Jenni always insisted in receiving her money in cash', said our source. 'She never filled out a tax return or paid any tax or national insurance although she used to earn thousands of pounds a year.She was always bragging about how much she earned and used to go on flash holidays and buy loads of designer gear. Now the Revenue are on to her. I think it serves her right!'
It would appear that whatever fee the Bolton hooker might have received from the Sunday Mirror, may shortly be being paid to the Revenue in back taxes and repaying benefit claims.
