VENICE BEACH, California - Justin Bieber and one of his best friends, Nathan Kress, from Nickelodeon's hit show iCarly stopped in to have some hamburgers and fries at Hungry Hanks Humongous Hamburger Haven.

After Justin had taken the second bite out of his humongous one pound hamburger he tasted something that he knew right away was not supposed to be in a hamburger.

Bieber opened the burger and noticed that he had taken a bite out of a baseball catcher's mitt.

He quickly spit the piece of catcher's mitt on the floor and asked to see the manager.

Sol Barkowitz, III, manager of Hungry Hanks walked over to where Justin and Nathan were sitting. He asked what the problem was.

Bieber pointed to the catcher's mitt that was sitting on his burger's meat. Barkowitz asked Bieber why he had put his catcher's mitt on top of his perfectly good hamburger.

Justin looked up at him and replied that it was not his catcher's mitt and that the damn mitt was in his hamburger when he got it.

Barkowitz told him that it was impossible. He added that all of their hamburgers are inspected by the Hamburger Inspecting Agency of California and that the catcher's mitt must have come from him.

Justin became quite irate and told Barkowitz that he wanted his money back. Barkowitz told him that he would personally remove the catcher's mitt from his burger but that restaurant regulations strictly prohibited him from giving him his money back or even from giving him a new burger.

Bieber told the manager that if he did not get a brand new burger he was going to go on the Internet and tell the entire nation that Hungry Hank's Humongous Hamburger Haven in Venice Beach, California serves hamburgers with baseball catcher's mitts in them.

The manager told him to leave and that he did not believe that he was really Justin Bieber.

Justin asked him why he thought that he was not Justin Bieber. And the manager said that he had seen photos of Justin Bieber, and the real Bieber is good looking, a lot taller, has much better looking hair, and would never complain and cry about finding a baseball catcher's mitt in his burger.

Bieber and Nathan tossed their hamburgers and fries on the floor, got up, and walked out of the restaurant.

SIDENOTE: Justin Bieber has contacted attorney Mordecai Goldengold, one of the leading California attorneys who deal with foreign objects found in hamburgers. Goldengold is planning on filing a $17.1 million lawsuit.
