You would think that having the police catch someone who has been dogging your steps for months would make a person happy, but not so with Hannah Montana's Miley Cyrus.
"He wasn't even caught with duct tape or handcuffs or anything, just a bunch of Hannah Montana comic books."
Police say they lured the kid into a Ben & Jerrys as they started the rumor that Miley would come by on her way back to her home in California after a film was shot nearby.
"He owned up to it right away", stated Officer Calhoun of Jessamine County. "Then he asked if there were any reporters around. This is a smart but pimply kid who had planted a tracking device on Miley's car. Of course he could only follow her on a bike but she's been filming here, locally."
When asked what he would do if he caught up with Miley, he stated that he would force her to have her picture taken with him and write, "To my hot date, Chester D'ors!" on the back of it. Then he'd make her play with his ears, since he is a Ferengi."
