John Edwards Expose

The big news around the Pulitzer Prize people is that they are getting lots of recommendations saying that the Newstand Tabloid once laughed about, deserves the Pulitzer Prize.

One judge who asked that his name not be given out, says that they are hearing from some excellent sources that the expose of John Edwards mistress and baby was the key story of the year.

"Yet, we do not wish to be laughed at. Look at the Nobel Prize going to President Obama being voted on when he had barely became president. Now a lot of people say it's a joke."

I guess the National Enquirer winning the Pulitzer Prize would have been laughable in times past, but not today.

Around Washington DC, there is much hope that it does NOT win. That's because our elected officials know that their ass will be followed around also, and that they DO NOT want.

"Besides the jokes on the late night shows, the paper itself will place 'Pulitzer Prize-Winning' on the front of every issue", stated our source.

"Perhaps the President will submit a sonnet...haiku or at least, a limerick before we have to decide."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
