LONDON - Boy George, who spent 18 months incarcerated at London's Petula Clark Prison For Blokes, has just announced that Susan Boyle has agreed to record a single with him.
George Alan O'Dowd says that ever since he first saw Susan perform on Britain's Got Talent when he was in prison he has dreamed about recording with her.
He said that he learned his lesson and that he will never again return to prison, unless it's to perform a concert.
Boy George said that prison life wasn't too bad and that he is proud to say that for 17 of the 18 months that he was incarcerated at Pet Clark, the prison inmates voted him, "Convict With The Prettiest Mouth."
When the Boy was asked if he is still gay, he smiled and said that he thinks he is but that he really feels that he is not as gay as he used to be. When he was asked what made him think that he grinned and said that he finds Susan Boyle to be a right handsome woman.
The Boy-Boyle song is being produced by Simon Cowell's 19th Hole Productions. Cowell said that he first thought up the idea when he heard a song by Culture Club playing in his $1 million Bugati Veyron when he was driving in Soho with his then girlfriend Pixie Lott.
Boy George and Susan Boyle will be recording the big hit by Beyonce titled "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)".
Cowell said that the artist credit will show on the label as "Boy & Boyle." The two artists flipped a coin to see whose name would appear first.
Simon stated that if the song does well, which he believes it will, then Boy George and Susan Boyle will probably record a whole album which should be out by Valentine's Day.
In other news. Cheryl Cole's 2010 nude calendar, "Cheryl Cole's 12 Titillating Views" has just passed the two million copies sold mark. That makes it not only the biggest selling calendar in British history, but in European history as well.
