Rumors are all over the internet and in the tabloids that Taylor Launer, at a high point in his young career with the new Twilight movies, is seriously dating country singing star, Taylor Swift.

According to a source, Lautner joked that Kayne West will be risking his life if he tries to snap an engagement ring he has apparently already bought to show to Swift.

If everything we're hearing is true, the two would be causing some tongue twisters with the same first names so you'll probably be seeing "Wolf-Boy" and "Country Girl" Taylor, just to keep things straight.

"I did it the old-fashioned way and talked to her Mom first about dating her daughter with no 'Hollywood scandals and night clubs' and it's been great", Lautner told the source, who is close enough to Lautner that he's been told that he would be invited to take part in the wedding, WHEN it is to be held.

"Lautner also stated that the wedding won't be in the very near future. After all, he's only 17. Just gotten his career going and Swift is only 19. But I really believe they consider themselves engaged. He seems too happy not to be, as this lady has stolen his heart."

For her part, Taylor Swift says she is very happy and that neither want to rush things. "Right now we're both really into our careers and we need to get to know each other better. We also don't want to spook the parents."

Especially on a full moon.

However, for now, Lautner is howling over his "Country Music Entertainer of the Year" and marking his territory!

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
