Teen singing sensation Miley Cyrus is to change her name by deed poll next week.
Her manager said that the singer was getting totally fed up with the rhyming schemes and slang the tabloid newspapers continued to use.
She said that she could just about contend with "smiley miley" and "wily miley", and although she thought "biley wiley" a bit vitriolic, she was prepared to put up with it in persuance of even more publicity.
However, the crunch came when she was referred to in the Scunthorpe Telegraph as "Filey Miley". The singer said she was horrified, and that it was the last straw to be equated with an East Yorkshire seaside town renown for its pensioners.
While she is considering Margaret, Elizabeth or even Bernard as contenders based on the lack of ryhming scan, she is nevertheless asking her fans to come up with a new name for her.
Prince has categoricall stated that she may not call herself "the artist formerly known as Miley".
