"I May Be Singing In Tokyo Next Month, Tickets Now On Sale."

Amy Winehouse has, of all things, cancelled her scheduled performance next week according to her new manager, or someone who appeared before a microphone and announced that she is now Amy's new manager.

"Amy will be spending a few days or weeks at a hospital for a checkup and that should take awhile, since they start with her head and work their way down."

"Meanwhile, those who have once again bought her tickets to a cancelled show can bring them to the management at Shepherd's Bush Empire for a refund if you're that cheap"

Some are now saying that Winehouse has been playing this for all it's worth. Selling tickets and then backing out at the last minute. That way, some don't bother returning the tickets and she gets the dough for not performing.

Who says this lady isn't smart?

Oh, everybody I guess.

Meanwhile, Winehouse sent a message to all her loyal, loving friends, "You know, if you ALL just keep those tickets for all the shows I've canceled and may cancel in the future, they would be worth a lot more if I croak!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
