A new straight to video version of Wonder Woman was released on DVD and not all of the entertainment industry is happy with the result. The new film is a cartoon, not live action, and features the voice of Keri Russell (Felicity) as the crime fighter from Paradise Island.
One person upset at the new film is Lynda Carter, who played the character in a live action television show almost thirty years ago. "Hey," she told reporters, "These puppies are 100% me and are real and are not sagging a bit. Everyone knows that the Wonder Bra was really named for me and my character. Keri Russell has got nothing like this up front, even if it is just a voice over. Bra size comes through in the tone of voice and that's a fact!"
Oprah Winfrey was also upset. "I'm gonna have to pull the puppet strings and get Obama to squash this release. Everyone knows that I'm really Wonder Woman in this country."
Richard Simmons was another star angry about the film. "They never even asked me to do the voice. I'd be perfect for the part! I played the part of Tinkerbell, the little fairy in Peter Pan, in my high school play and I would be just right for this one too!"
The DVD release was March 3rd and sales have been mediocre, except among gamers, comic book collectors, and other virgins.
