In Los Angeles yesterday, a former contestant on Sharon Osbourne's "Rock of Love Charm School" has sued Ozzy's Bitter Half over an altercation with Osbourne during an episode of the VH1 show.
Megan Hauserman's suit filed Monday in Los Angeles Court claims battery, negligence, pissing on my clothes in my dressing room and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She seeks a jury trial and punitive damages but might settle for "a fair amount", according to one report.
The December incident can be seen on VH1's Web site billed as "Sharon and Megan's big fight", which many have already viewed.
In the video, the women exchange some charming insults, Osbourne pours a drink on Hauserman and then the two are surrounded by a rush of stage people.
The suit claims Osbourne hit Hauserman, pulled her hair and scratched her.
"She also put a headless bat down her blouse", stated one crew member which caused the ASPCA's ears to perk up.
Hauserman's attorney Warren J. Binder said in an interview: "It's pretty hard to deny what happened on the video although you can't see the bat."
Hauserman also accuses Osbourne of "putting one of Ozzy's crazy voices in her head" which she has had since the incident.
"Any settlement will have to include the removal of that Ozzy voice from my client's head", another of Hauserman's attorneys.
