International pop sensation Rihanna was taught a valuable life lesson this week when she finally learned that sometimes it's better to just keep your mouth shut.
The incident happened whilst the umbrella singer was buying her dinner from a hotdog vendor in NY late on Tuesday night. Having handed the man 20 dollars for the 4 dollar dog or 'dawg' and having received only a ten back she spoke up to remind the man that she had given him a 20 to which he replied he was aware and that he was getting her change and wasn't trying to rip her off.
A spokesman for Rihanna today said, "She felt really bad, and won't go shooting her mouth off again without thinking"
It's not thought that this incident is in any way related to her finding out last week that Chris Brown her fiancé was actually capable of a much higher level of physical strength than she was.
If only they made eye patches to hide embarrassment.
