That's Manhattan madam Kristin Davis' insight into top former client Elliot Spitzer, the ex-New York governor who brought down her Holy Roman Emperor VIP brothel last year by charging hookers to his gubernatorial corporate credit cards.
Davis, 36DD-24-36, recalls in her new memoir 'Sex & The Shitty' having to trawl the streets of Manhattan for 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' rough trade to sate the lust of the onetime legal high flyer and wannabe US president.
"Sure he liked it dirty," Davis relates, "and had his own personal twist on S&M waterboarding.
"One of the gals told me he liked to piss on them like some amatuerish Gitmo torture freak.
