In London, a lawyer for singer Amy Winehouse's oft and presently jailed husband, Blake, says his client will be seeking a divorce on the grounds of the celebrated rehab artist's alleged infidelity among other things.
The attorney, Henri Brandman, told the press yesterday that he had been instructed by Blake Fielder-Civil "to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's strange antics as well as adultery."
Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil had married in Miami in May 2007.
Only six months later, he was arrested over an assault case.
In July he was sentenced to 27 months in jail for beating up a bar manager and then offering him quite a bit of money to keep silent about the incident.
Fielder-Civil was then released into a drug rehab center in November but sent back to prison only a few weeks later for breaching his bail conditions.
"I'm through with Amy", Fielder-Civil reportedly told his lawyer. "She's such a bad example for me."
