Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband, Thomas Jane in Los Angeles County Superior Court over "Irreconcilable differences."
Thomas claimed that Arquette was up at all hours of the night and waking him up to share "some screwy dream usually about me with Janet or Leslie, uh some woman"
Then he told the judge that he simply couldn't live like that anymore.
Arquette is seeking custody of their five year old daughter, Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane.
Yep, that's her name.
Husband Jane is already on probation after pleading no contest to DUI in Kern County, California, one of what must be 10,000 DUI's in Hollywood during 2008.
"I guess the judge will give her (Arquette) custody. They usually do. But I wish he'd listen to the kid's story of our marriage."
"I had no choice", stated Arquette, according to a court officer. "Every single night I'd go to sleep and see him with all these women! He must have been drinking because their images were blurred."
"I just want to have a normal night's sleep dreaming about the weird stuff."
