Hollywood,Ca. - Relatives of Stooge Curly Howard were in court again today, seeking damages for unauthorized use of their famous relative's name by French fry manufacturers.
"Every one of these companies which sell or manufacture "Curly Fries" owes us money, and plenty of it!", declared Wavy Howard in a shortened court session. "And the same goes for the restaurants and stores that sell dem!" added his brother, Baldo, with a smirk.
Things soon got out of hand when representatives and their lawyers tried to state their cases all at once, while being shouted down by Howard family members. In the ensuing chaos there were many eye injuries and fat lips as the Howard troup displayed it's famous-and copyrighted-fighting style of two finger salutes and knuckle sandwiches.
When order was eventually restored the judge issued temporary injunctions against the manufacturers and the Howards, and said a final ruling would be issued soon. His decision was met with boos and a pie in the face.
