Miley and the youngest Jonas Brother broke up after their smash hit tour ended and ever since have refused to comment about their hush relationship. In the song, Miley rants about the seven things that she hates about her ex. But at the end, she suggests that she still has feelings for her him when she lists seven things she likes about him.
Teen steam magazine recently scored an interview with the rocker after a concert. He denies that the song is about him
"In the song, she says her ex is vain. I'm not vain," Nick says. "Now let's get off Miley and tell me what you think of my haircut. I personally think it looks great."
