Leonine 70's singer of high notes Robert Plant has vowed never to perform in public with Led Zeppelin following a disastrous gig in front of an audience of Ewoks.
Plant, eating a large chocolate cake, said: 'We were told that they would love what we do, but they did not. I was led to be believe that Ewoks, from Star Wars were a peace loving race, but they were vicious, blood thirsty bastards. We thought they were only violent in the Return of the Jedi, because they were defending their planet, but I think we caught them in their normal behaviour.
"Jimmy was going at it like a man posessed. He played a superb solo during Kashmir but they hated that."
Apparently even Zeppelin's most popular tunes Black Dog, Rock and Roll and Stairway to Heaven were booed.
Elton John is scheduled to play Endor next year. He has been warned not to play 'Saturday Night's all right for fighting'.
In the meantime Zeppelin are collecting a fund to send Ronan Keating, Chris De Burgh, Shania Twain, and the Barron Knights to the planet - 'just for the laugh'.
