America's Idol runner up Clay Aiken was found in a situation he will not soon forget. Friday January 4th at approximately 11pm EST Clay Aiken was found jogging naked in Capland park not 3 miles from his home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Judy Winters a Chapel Hill resident called the police to report a man jogging naked in 30 degree weather. When the police arrived they found Mr. Aiken naked and disoriented.
Mr. Aiken was taken to the Chapel Hill Police Department where he was questioned and booked for lude conduct. He was released on his own recognizance and will have to appear in court at a later date to face charges.
