Following calls for a sequel, Ferris Bueller's day off is to be remade as Mrs Goggin's day off.
Mrs Goggins, a favourite of all fans of Postman Pat will take over the iconic role played by Matthew Broderick for a day of nonsense, which sees the destruction of a £400 Volkswagon Beetle at the end, as well as all types of scrapes that involve Battenberg cake, false teeth, hair-nets, and an old person's home, ruled over by the ever popular Peter Sallis.
Iconic film maker Peter Jackson, famed for his films such as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and King Kong will take particular care with the films, especially the scene at the end when Mrs Goggin's has to run through the back gardens of all of her neighbours to get home before her absence has been noted.
