Fractious Muppet Kermit the Frog, uncle of Robin, and lover of Miss Piggy is suing Al Gore for copyright infringement.
He says that the politician claims he (Gore)was environmentally friendly, but the angry frog told reporters:
'I was Green before anyone else was. Hell, I was born Green, Gore, can you say that, well, can you?'
When the environmentally friendly politician said he meant that he was against Global Warming, and many of George Bush's policies, it did not mean his skin colour had to change as well.
When the flaws in his argument were pointed out, Kermit the frog gulped down his rather large Adam's apple and walked out of the room.
