Los Angeles, California - (Ass Mess): Lawyers acting for peroxide socialite Paris Hilton have slammed LA Judge Michael T Sauer's insistence that Paris Hilton wears panties for the 45 days' duration of her prison sentence as 'cruel and unusual'.
Citing the Human Rights Act defense attorney Howard Weitzman said that Lynwood Women's Jail inmates would only subject her to relentless trophy hounding if she was sentenced to the indignity of having to cover up her ass within the penitentiary's confines.
"My client feels that bull-dyke warders will collude in this harassment and flog off her underwear on internet auction sites to supplement their wages," Weitzman asserted today as an appeal was launched to quash the 45 day sentence.
However the odds are stacked up against Hilton getting away with it this time despite a mounting internet campaign calling iteself the Free Paris Hilton Group which says media deprivation during her incarceration would seriously damage the burgeoning blogosphere industry.
The appeal is expected to be heard next week.
