It was an accident

Prosecutors at the murder trial of mentalist nutcase music producer Phil Spector have claimed that he "was always beating up women".

Spector, 67, is accused of murdering the actress Lana Clarkson to death at his home in 2003. She was found shot with a big hole in her head, and blood and brains all over the place.

"It ruined my interior decor", said Spector.

The producer, who has escaped eight similar murder trials, has, not surprisingly, pleaded 'not guilty' to the charges. He says Clarkson was playing a "dicey" game of Russian Roulette on her own.

"She put a gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger", he said, "...or...I wasn't there...Whatever works best for you."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
