New York, NY - Radio stations have reached agreement. Foreigner's "Feels Like the First Time" is banned from future radio play. That song leads the Top 10 list of songs that most everyone agrees, they've heard enough. Not even a number one hit in the 1970s (it hit number 4 in 1977), "Feels Like the First Time" feels nothing like the very first time, yet radio DJs continue to play the song again and again under the Classic Rock banner.
Joining the top ten list are:
2. Stairway to Heaven (replaced with Highway to Hell)
3. Free Bird (no bird comes free)
4. Layla (divorced, then died in 1992)
5. Hotel California (burned down in 1988)
6. Bohemian Rhapsody (Czechs prefer Czech Rhapsody)
7. Comfortably Numb (fails to address the opioid epidemic)
8. Dream On (Dreamers banned from America)
9. More Than a Feeling (banned by the #MeToo movement)
10. Lola (see Layla)
Still your favorite? Stop the ban? What other song should make the list?
