A man from Newcastle has threatened to be the first contestant to walk away with the top £250,000 prize on Channel 4's hit TV show, Deal or no Deal.
Jovial Geordie, Auf Weidersehen-Pet, told The Spoof:
"I've got a system that can't fail. I've watched all the best players, the ones who've won big pots of cash and they've all got one thing in common. I know their secret and I'm gonna follow their lead and clean up" laughed a delighted Auf.
We pressed him to reveal the secret behind his sure-fire winning system and he told us:
"It's no secret as the game is a total exercise in pure luck. There is no skill whatsoever required to play it successfully. You just need luck. Nothing else, despite the cobblers that Noel Edmonds comes out with when he's trying to hype it up or else he fancies the bird who's playing.
"So I intend to be spectacularly jammy when it's my turn and if my system works I'll pocket the jackpot. Of course if it goes a bit skew-whiff then I may end up with just a penny"
The Spoof Says:
Well done Geordie and have fun with your big cash win!
