George R. R. Martin's Wife Threatens To Divorce Him If He Kills Off Littlefinger

In what could be one of the direst threats writer George RR Martin has received in recent times, his partner of 30 years, and wife for 4, Paris Mcbride has threatened to leave him if his sixth installation of the wildly popular A Song Of Ice And Fire series, has death in store for her favorite character.

Lord Petyr Baelish, otherwise known as Littlefinger, is played by the impishly charming Aidan Gillen, who has won over many a female heart with his powerfully sexy portrayal of a lustful, power hungry character in the TV adaptation, Game of Thrones.

It seems that even the creator's own wife isn't immune to the charm of the sexy-as-hell Littlefinger. Paris Mcbride, 54, has openly declared that she will no longer be sharing a roof with her husband GRRM, if the sixth book does not see Petyr Baelish alive.

When contacted by our journalists, heres what she had to say, ''George knows that if Petyr goes, I go. It's between divorcing him and mixing ground glass in his morning coffee; I haven't quite decided yet.''

Does this mean that fans of Petyr Baelish can rest assured that their favorite character is safe from GRRM's fatal pen stroke? It doesn't look like it. Because when you play the game of thrones, you guess right, or you die.

On being asked whether he would keep Littlefinger alive for the sake of domestic harmony, GRRM said, ''Nobody is safe from my wrath. HA HA HA..''. The rest could not be heard over his fiendish laughter.

Meanwhile, fans and soon-to-be-ex wife alike, await the sixth installment, Winds of Winter to find out what horrible fate befalls their favorite character.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
