Children's favourite song from the sixties "Right Said Fred" by comedy legend Bernard Cribbins, is today at the centre of a storm.
The Rt. Rev. Joel Billycan has branded the record an abomination before God and Man.
Speaking today from his Parish Church in Belfryshire the cleric foamed at the mouth:
"This is evil beyond belief. It contains subliminal messages of the worst kind. Its content actively promotes the digging of holes sorta big and sorta round and seems to suggest that leaning on a shovel is acceptable"
When The Spoof asked the Rev. Billycan if he couldn't perhaps be a bit more specific about the nature of his allegations the crotchety Cleric slammed the phone down.
When we called back the phone went straight to answer phone and his mobile went to voicemail.
