NEW YORK CITY - Wynonna Judd traveled from her home in Tennessee to New York City to appear on Piers Morgan Tonight.
The country singer talked about her recent appearance on Dancing With The Stars.
Judd said that she was embarrassed to be the second celebrity to go home out of the 12 that started.
She told Morgan that her dance partner Tony Dovolani tried as hard as he could but like they say down in the Mississippi deltas, you can't make a birthday cake out of green beans and sardines.
Wynonna said that her mother Naomi, felt real bad for her and told her that it did not matter that she can't dance worth a flying flip because none of the judges can sing worth a tinker's damn.
Naomi then said that she thinks that the old British judge Len Goodman is probably gay since he always seems to sit a lot closer to Bruno "The Gaytalian" Tonioli than he does to Carrie Ann Inaba.
Piers asked Wy about her brand new cookbook. She beamed with pride and told him that it was a labor of love and it took her 13 months to write.
She said she was on Cloud 9 and added that all kinds of overweight women and overweight men have written to her telling her how much they liked her recipes.
The name of Judd's cookbook is 47 Ways To Prepare Cornbread. She noted that the book's 87 photos were all graciously taken by Ashton Kutcher.
In A Related Story. Wynonna's actress sister Ashley Judd is still quite devastated at the fact that her much younger husband Formula One race car driver Dario Franchitti filed for divorce after being married for 12 years.
