Audience members of 'Deal or No Deal' are reporting that they witnessed an incredible sight on one of the recent episodes which will likely never be aired.

It seems that during the episode, the 'banker' made one of the traditional phone calls to the studio to make an updated cash offer to the contestant, via the host of the show, and former 70's and 80's DJ, Noel Edmonds.

However it appears that the banker was in a playful mood, and when Noel answered the big red phone, he actually claimed to be a senior member of the Operation Yewtree 'others' taskforce and asked him to come in for questioning. In an instant, Noel had dropped the phone, grabbed a suitcase hidden under the stage, and sprinted out of the studio screaming.

Moments later, Tony Blackburn appeared with 'gotcha' trophy as part of the staged prank, although found Noel was long gone.

It seems that the producers of the show are still unable to locate Edmonds, and are now concerned that he has fled the country.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
