Cuddly Bill Turnbull and "Cum Dancing" expert Sian Williams who host the BBC breakfast bore were both called "wankers" today by the US stand-up comic, Dave Fulton.
Dave didn't actually realise that calling someone a "wanker" is swearing because in the US all breakfast show presenters are "wankers" and it's pretty normal to call them that at 06.00 in the morning.
The BBC in Britain is obviously totally different and although they might be terribly boring "tossers" they are certainly not allowed to be called, well you know what. It required a sharp Sian Williams to calm the situation because Bill was too busy smiling through his false teeth at Dave and actually agreeing with him (Bill just happens to be a Wycombe Wanderers fan and they're all wankers).
Sian apologised to the eighty-five year-old grannies riveted to the power-packed show straight away. Dave stood up (he's good at that) and politely left the studio cracking filthy jokes about incontinent 85 year-old grannies and Bill just grinned because he's just a "wanker"!
