It seems like it's mountain bike madness in Hollywood right now! First Miley Cyrus took up mountain biking, then she fell off her bike, but fortunately escaped injury by the skin of her teeth, and now Kristen Stewart has bought a mountain bike!
Which is all good news for mountain bike manufacturers as share prices leapt right over the handlebars. Also for people who make mountain bike components, and the guys who fix the gears and brakes and stuff.
A mountain bike enthusiast from the Netherlands in Europe (where mountains are pretty rare apparently) told us that Miley Cyrus and Kristen Stewart taking up mountain biking was a shot in the arm for the industry, providing the teen idols remained accident free.
A spokesman for the Celebrity Mountain Biking Coalition of America told us that mountain biking was generally a safe pastime, providing riders wear helmets and don't consume liver-withering quantities of alcohol before riding.
Kristen Stewart was unavailable to comment on this article as she was busy riding the Big One at Blackpool in the UK.
