In documents recently discovered by famous New York Times reporter Stephen Glass it has been revealed that Scooter Libby was not only an Assistant to the President of the United States but also a high ranking "special consultant" of the secretive Scapegoat Consulting Corporation. Consultants for Scapegoat Consulting have taken responsibility for many people over the years to protect the "real" perpetrators.
Scapegoat Consulting hires out their consultants to political parties, corporations and even Hollywood movie studios to assume responsibility when things hit the fan. Some of their famous political consultants include Oliver North, G. Gordon Liddy and even Lee Harvey Oswald.
While they neither confirm nor deny the allegations it has also been claimed that their consultants include the Captain of the Exxon Valdez, Kevin Costner and the mystery guy who invented New Coke. The identity of the guy who invented New Coke cannot be revealed as inside sources claim he is currently working for the Hilary Clinton campaign "just in case".
Scapegoat Consulting spokesman, Stanley Blame, touts their long record of protecting the guilty and warns those who don't think they need their services "…the Enron guys turned us down and look where they are today". He went on to add "we at Scapegoat Consulting firmly believe the guilty should pay…us to protect them".
