BA and Virgin Airways have had many altercations and now the climate has reached "bitch fighting" because BA's boss has tipped that Branson and his airline will be shot down in 5 years. Instead of suing the BA boss, Sir Richard, in his typical brash manner, has bet a million quid that Virgin will still be flying and if he wins, the money will be divided amongst his staff.
Virgin employees were last seen rushing home to check their contracts hoping they would either last 5 years or have a clause in them offering them an automatic extension.
Meanwhile Sir Richard gave the following press conference:
"Virgin refuses to be shagged by BA and should concentrate on shagging their own passengers with their awful service, see you in 5 years, still a Virgin!"
BA refused to comment, but did mention the fact that many of their board personnel were off sick because they needed the time to apply for jobs with Virgin; Money talks not Air miles!
