Simon Cowell Action Figures Recalled En Masse

Toy manufacturer Ashbro have recalled 250,000 Simon Cowell action figures after a potential choking hazard was discovered.

Over 375,000 of the action figures, with gripping hands and life like hair have already sold, making the toy this year's must have for kids.

The problem lies in the gripping hand function of the doll, a dog in Michigan apparently choked to death after savaging one of the figures, left discarded after a game of "American Idol: Mission Kill the Nazis" a popular game for kids who combine the Cowell figure with the Elton John action figure to create a Special Forces task force that covertly traverse play areas hunting for Nazis and other bad guys.

A George Bush action figure is also required for this game.

The action figures retail at $19.99 and Ashbro have ceased production of the doll until a resolution can be found, ensuring safety, not just for kids but for hungry animals.

The recall though has not affected the release of Ashbro's new line of action figures, based on contestants appearing in America's Got Talent.

Which it hasn't.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
