Tony Blair - My Fake Diary
Sunday, 19 August 2012
When I was prime minister, David Miliband was seen as my protégé.
Our close relationship continued after I was forced out of Number 10, with Miliband recently visiting Sudan on behalf of my charity the Africa Governance Initiative.
Miliband has, however, now given me a lesson by declaring how much tax he paid on his business.
The former foreign secretary revealed he paid more than £133,000 on his income from his firm last year, even though the Office of David Miliband Ltd made a profit of less than £12,000. David pays 50 per cent tax on all his income... what a plonker!
