Have to say i'm a bit pissed off i've not been asked to be a judge on The Voice.

The show has four judges - including Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera in America - Tom Jones, and Will.I.AM in England - and they sit facing away from the singers for the beginning of the audition before turning around if they like it.

Sounds likes a lot of nonsense! Why not sack them and make me the sole judge? i cant see the singers - i don't need to face the other way while they sing.
