The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have launched legal proceedings in France against the celebrity magazine which published photographs of the duchess sunbathing topless, in a bid to put a line in the sand and stop any future invasion of the royal couple's privacy.

The move comes hours after St James's Palace roundly condemned the move by Closer magazine, which I own.

I'm really worried…. Yawn!
