My hugely popular chef-testant cooking programs Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef have been averaging more than a million viewers, for Citytv and CTV respectively, very pleasing for them, me, the contestants, the viewers and the bank balance!

Not that I'm too bothered about the cash you know... well not too bothered.
