As business partners, Marcus Wareing and I opened Pétrus and the Berkeley Hotel in London.

But after a very public feud and legal battle, we went their separate ways.

Former amateur boxer Wareing will be going up against fellow chef and organiser Fred Sirieix in a mouthwatering clash as part of Rumble in the Kitchen charity fight in London next month.

He said: "I would love to fight Gordon, as long as he lost five stone. I would like to punch him in the face."
