While the much-anticipated Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurant officially opens May 11, 2012, we couldn't wait, so we breached security for a sneak preview of this photogenic new eatery at Paris Las Vegas.

The eye-catching entrance to Gordon Ramsay Steak was inspired by The Chunnel, the tunnel between London and Paris. The tunnel-themed bar separates the main restaurant from the lounge, which will have its own menu with smaller plates. It's like two destinations in one. Signature cocktails abound, colorfully displayed in iPads. Their names include the English Garden, Vesper, Extra Dry Steakhouse Martini, HK Antioxident (HK stands for "Hell's Kitchen," Chef Ramsay's hit reality series we're completely addicted to), South Side, Red Lion, Side Car, Primm's Cup and the Strawberry Martini.
