Today on the Trip-Advisor site, the following comment was found:

Gordon Ramsey Steak: Restaurant Reviews:
We went to the restaurant 10 mins early for our 8pm reservation, but our table wasn't ready. Went back at 8 and our hostess greeted us and explained that the tunnel we were going through was the Chunnel (Channel Tunnel) from Paris to England. She then explained that the artwork on the ceiling with a Union Jack background was Gordon Ramsay's hand movements when he's cooking.
Good, but not perfect!
