My second batman's assistant file clerk spotted this in the press:

Where was Paul Ryan from when the country went from a huge surplus to massive deficit?

Where was Paul Ryan when President George W. Bush cut taxes on the wealthy and waged two unfunded wars?

Where was Paul Ryan when a Medicare drug program passed that benefited pharmaceutical companies?

Ryan was a member of the House of Representatives. He voted for all of these bills. He is part of the Republican hypocrisy.

As long they aren't getting' at me!
