Wow. Still buzzing, a week after my 60 minute speech without notes at the Labour Party Conference.

The Tories were a bit peed off that I stole their phrase 'one nation'.
The secret of speaking for 60 minutes without notes is to
a) repeat the same phrases over and over again - I think I mentioned 'one nation' about 140 times -

and

b) drink three pints of shandy in the half an hour before you start.

Bingo! Downing Street here I come...
